Founded in 1904, USG's product offering includes bourdon tube and diaphragm capsule pressure gauges ranging in size from 1-1/2 inches to 6 inches; with brass, stainless steel, alloy steel or Monel internals.

U.S. Gauge is a worldwide manufacturer of bourdon tube and diaphragm capsule pressure gauges, with manufacturing locations in: Bartow, Florida; Sellersville, Pennsylvania; Taipei, China; and Xiamen, China. The Bartow Florida facility is their Worldwide Distribution Center, as well as manufacturing site for all Process and Medical Gauges, as well as higher-end General Equipment gauges. Bartow welds (or solders), assembles, and 100 % calibrates every gauge manufactured at that location and is ISO 9001 registered.

Bartow is supplied parts by outside vendors as well as the Sellersville, PA plant. Sellersville manufactures sockets, tips, cases, dials, and other components, but its core strength is the Tube Mill. The Tube Mill manufactures all bourdon tubes used in Bartow product as well as some AmeKai gauges. AMETEK-USG manufactures and uses only Seamless Bourdon Tubes to provide their customers with the highest quality product available. The Tube Mill has been in continuous operation at this location since the Company was founded in 1904, and was recently upgraded with over $1.0M in new equipment and refurbishing.

The AmeKai plants in Taipei and Xiamen are a 50%/50% joint venture that AMETEK, Inc., entered into in 1995. Prior to the joint venture AMETEK-USG had been doing business with AmeKai since the late 1980's. AmeKai manufactures most of their Compressed Gas and General Equipment gauges and is an ISO 9002 registered facility.
